1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Not custom-made or personalized
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items on sale or clearance
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Return Item"
- Provide reason for return
- Our team will approve and provide return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors if available. Contact customer service for exchange requests.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping charges.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
